A: Vouchers are the method that production companies use to keep track of Background Talent Payroll. These documents have areas for Employee Information, Rates of Pay, Adjustments and much more.

Q: WHAT IS NEEDED FOR A VOUCHER?
A: Talent will be required to fill out certain forms and information pertinent to getting you (the talent) paid for work. Information that is needed:  Full Legal Name, Full Legal Address, Contact Number/Email, Social Security Number, and some additional info that varies by voucher. You will also be required to fill out a W4 and I9 for your first day on every production or new season of a television series.

If you have not been payed yet please be sure to contact the payroll company first as they will be able to give you all your payment information. If, after you contact the payroll company, they say they do not have your voucher then please send us an email, and we can look into your payment. Be sure when you contact us you have your date of work, copy of your voucher, and role you were booked as.

Q: HOW DO I CONTACT THE PAYROLL COMPANY?
A: The Payroll Company is always listed on your voucher. Please note it when you check in. Upon wrap for your day the PA should return the “Pink Slip” Copy of your voucher that will have the payroll company info on it. If you have the name of the company pleas search for them and the companies will have a guide on how to contact them on their website as well.
